Announcing the appointment of the first Board members of the Middle-East Youth Journal of Science
We are delighted to announce the appointment of the first two members to the Advisory Board of the Middle-East Youth Journal of Science (MEYJS): Dr. Miniya Chatterji and Dr. Khaled Ben El Kadhi.
Dr. Miniya Chatterji
Dr. Chatterji is the CEO of Sustain Labs Paris, an enterprise operating in India, the UAE, and New Zealand that builds large sustainability-focused ventures. Her firm partners with organizations to enhance their environmental and social responsibility while ensuring profitability. Dr. Chatterji is also recognized for her commitment to education, leading initiatives to establish climate-focused university-level institutions globally.
Dr. Khaled Ben El Kadhi
Dr. Ben El Kadhi is a Research Scientist at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD). He earned his M.Sc and Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Montreal, where he conducted significant research on Lowe Syndrome, contributing to a better understanding of the disease and potential therapeutic strategies. In 2017, he joined the Desplan Lab at NYU, focusing on the neural development of the Drosophila visual system.
Their combined expertise in sustainability, education, and scientific research will be invaluable as we strive to empower young researchers across the Middle East.
